A reflection for International Coaching Week, May 11–17, 2025
I want to recognize those doing the real, quiet work of transformation. Whether you’re a client stepping into something unfamiliar or a coach guiding others while walking your own path—this is for you.
Change rarely announces itself with clarity. It often begins as restlessness, a whisper, a question you can’t unhear. The road ahead may feel uncertain, but your decision to keep going is no small thing.
I acknowledge your courage! Even while fear tries to hold you close, convincing you to stay small or stay safe, you are choosing new beginnings over familiarity.
You may be navigating transition, questioning old patterns, or releasing what no longer fits. There may be grief in what you’re leaving behind, and vulnerability in what you’re stepping toward. This isn’t weakness—it’s the heart of becoming. You are becoming.
I know the process of change can feel messy and exhausting. And I also see that you’re unpacking real potential and possibility—even if you can’t fully see it yet.
Reader, as you transform, you are walking at the edges. Coaching lives in this space—in the tension between what was and what could be. This work isn’t about fixing or performing; it’s about creating space for truth to surface and direction to emerge. I applaud you!
I work with people who are in motion—stretching, shedding, rebuilding. If that’s you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to navigate your edges alone.
I support clients through deeply reflective and transformative coaching, and I mentor coaches to do the same. If you’re curious, let’s talk about what support might look like for you. Contact Me! or Book a Free Consultation.
Either way, I recognize your courage—and I hope you have a meaningful and inspiring week. Happy International Coaching Week!
Fondly,
Marianne
